Over the next few years she built a small cabin – doing much of the work herself. In 1995 Tracy left the city to reside in Sautee Nacoochee full time. Since that time, she and her husband renovated the small mountain getaway into a classically rustic cabin that is passive solar complete with every modern upgrade including solar panels and recycled rainwater capabilities.

While acquiring her real estate license, Tracy apprenticed with the top producing real estate agent in Blairsville, GA. She now specializes in the sale of homes and properties in Northeast Georgia. Tracy works hard to insure that each purchase and sale transaction runs smoothly so you can feel confident in your decision making.

She enjoys golfing, swimming and gardening, as well as spending time with her husband, Hamilton and cat, Phoebe.
